In London's underground tube system, when you get out of a train there are lifts or stairs to get back to ground level. The stairs have a sign that says the steps are the equivalent of a 15 story building. They are also spiral. I climbed those whenever I wasn't carrying any luggage just for the thrill of half-dying by the end of it all 🙂
