Definately he's my go to man He will get the paint job for the rest of the unit when we are ready to do it. I also have plans for our courtyard later down the track.

Thanks Flashie it's an exciting time for us both, certainly a little ray of sunshine after such a terrible couple of years.

 

OMG we have just received a letter from Ray White telling us our rent is in arrears and only paid up until 2/10/2014 they want us to remedy our arrears of $246.60 to avoid a breach an avoid further action. Mind you they signed the application and faxed the refund for our bond to the rental bond board on the day of settlement. Settlement was  on 24/09/2014 idjits.

 

Mr F wants to go down and tell them to get their records up to date, the devil in me is saying no no no let them kick us out

I would go for the "kick 'em out" option pmsl

Went for my 5k walk this morning and the weather turned a bit drizzly, came back looking like a drowned rat lol

 

This is my scenery when I walk 🙂 So green at the moment.

 

 

 

That looks a lovely peaceful walking trail punchy, I could do the housework, shopping, plan the next part of my reno on a walk like your's

 

I haven't walked for ages, once we get this painting done and things back to normal I have promised myself I will get back into my walking.

lol, I've gone a bit snap happy today....I went looking for the dog and she wasnt in any of her usual places, thought I might have lost her...then I looked in my daughters bedroom.....

Re the arrears. Would that be a Rental Collection Agency collecting on behalf of the real estate??  Either way it might have to be sorted out sooner than later.  Could have an effect on the credit rating.

 

And.....the period from 24/9 to 2/10 ....does that mean they owe you $$$$$$$s?

 

Talk about walking........I've got to do that soon, too.
