We have a huge paved area at the back of the house,we havent bothered cleaning the bricks until the gardens were finished. Now the weather is warmer it's time to "attack" it and clean it up. Good idea re soap powder, might give that try as well.

Old agent's pic, before the garden etc was revamped ( has changed quite a bit ), but as you can see it's quite a large area to keep clean

I'm not sure how the washing powder will react with plants ... it was ok on my balcony and the plants underneath, and I gave a big and long rinse after cleaning ...
