You Know You are Getting Old When

When your grandchild tells you right out of the blue, "Grandma I will put flowers on your grave everyday.

To which you reply without missing a beat, "Once a year would be enough". 

I knew I was getting old when I would consider the status of my health insurance before doing risky things like clean the gutters, climbing a tree, going up a ladder, ect.

Kids don't think about if their medical needs will be covered when playing.
