People trying to get off when it's still moving, whiplash when the driver hits a stray trolley,  kiddie trying to get on, etc  Am I seeing the scene correctly?

Of course not. Do you think a mall would operate a ride on vehicle in a place full of pedestrians without implementing strict WHS regulations that the driver must follow?

It works fine. Driven slowly, customers tell the driver which store they want to get off at when they get on. Never ever seen a stray trolley inside the mall walking areas or any other large obstacle.

Parents are responsible for their children in public.
