I always get extra house keys cut when I move into a leased house as they don't give you enough ( e.g. 2 front door keys for 4 persons). When we vacate I only give them back the number of keys they gave us. The rest just float around till they are chucked out.

I don't think there is much danger of a previous tenant or the real estate staff entering a house they no longer lease or manage.

I hand washed and machine spun my Dry Clean only QB wool quilt today. Hung it out in the wind. Looks good now..didn't shrivel up or anything.

I agree with everyone else about the locks too Freddie, even if just for your own peace of mind

Deb, we are off to Bunning tomorrow to buy a new front door. The door although still quite good is weathered, and can't really be restored so we will go for a new one, which will solve the problem.

Absolutely stunning Debra ..... do you prune it back when it is finished flowering?

I love having a wander around Bunnings Freddie.

Bushies I'll prune it back pretty hard after it's finished flowering. there's a lot of dead wood underneath too

I think I will be doing the same, mine is going berserk atm lol

that looks nice, you'll have to keep them pruned though or they get out of control like mine Woman LOL:

same spot but pruned back

Apparently the previous owner didnt like it and used to keep it chopped right down. This is the first time in 12 yrs it's been allowed to flower, so I think it is making up for lost time lol My front verandah smells divine 🙂

Oh very pretty 🙂 I love the seat 🙂

the seat came from eBay  . lol
