Yes they were out a long way in fact I doubt they were in Australian waters. Thanks B3 amazing how small changes can make such a difference it's feeling like home now, the bathroom and toilet are next on the list. We bought new line for the clothes line yesterday, it was a mess with cable ties holding it together. Mr F has it looking like a new line I told him I will allow him to have first use of it

The elderly handyman chap is going to come and take the door home he said he can put a false piece in the bottom and you won't even know once it's stained again. The money saved will go toward a new vanity

Not much happening today, I will head off to spotlight later to get some filling for my new cushion covers, oh the new rug arrived it's perfect except ............................................................. the man with the tape measure got it wrong it's too small don't ask me how he got it wrong but yep he did. We bought it off ebay so the lovely sellers are going to take it back and send the larger size.

Yes I knew that tape measure needed to be slipped into the rubbish when we cleaned up the garden beds he stood and looked at the rug then measured it 3 times and declared "I must have written down the measurements wrong"

I do too, I don't go to many, but I go to this one every year as it's where my kids went to kinder and I try to support them.

I often find something good there too if I get there early enough

freddie we have a retired handyman who looks after our rental property. he's great, so far he's put up a new fence for us and fixed some plumbing, does the gardening for us when it's needed. It's better than going through the agents people because they are a bit of a rip off 

you're lucky you've found someone like that
