I had time to go out for a walk, get a coffee and do the banking (yay!)

Deb, I need to get my head back into gear as well i've been very food naughty. I keep saying tomorrow I will start back on my good eating and exercising regime, but tomorrow just hasn't been happening.

I was extremely food naughty over winter Freddie and I knew from my lighter clothes that it mattered lol

You'll get around to it when you feel like it, everyone loses a couple of k's over summer anyway, so don't worry too much about it. I just figured that because I managed to make a long overdue start, I should keep going with it

Now I feel like fish and chips.

 

It was probably naughty Willow telling Tzar to tip the food out and she'll catch it. LOL.

 

BC I am sorry you ex is being a pain, no one need that in their lives 😞

Mr B has sanded my dresser and all the other woodwork ready to start painting it in the morning. I made myself scarce and went and picked up some lettuce and marigold seedlings from a friend and of course had a bit of a chat lol  Then I dropped some empty egg cartons down to another friend, admired her new chooks and had a cuppa with her.

  

Then home to cook a very late lunch for "the painter" and admire what he had done lol  He had also chopped up a whole pile of fire wood while I was gone, which was great as the basket was getting low and the nights are still cool enough to enjoy sitting in front of the fire.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Forgot to mention my friend's new chooks are from a battery hen farm, poor darlings are now free to enjoy the sunshine and feel the grass under the feet for the first time in their lives.   I so wish everyone would buy free range eggs and stop this kind of cruelty 😞

BBQ T Bone onions and salad for dinner mmmmm I love the smell of BBQ onions that diet starts tomorrow

 

I agree Bushy I won't buy anything but free rage eggs.

Oh I forgot the mushrooms yes!!!!
