I'm on both breast cancer medication and oroxine (thyroid med) so I battle with weight gain if I don't keep up my exercise and maintain a healthy eating regime.

What I've heard is that if you are losing weight, it's actually good to have a break from your diet and eat some hefty calories now and then. I don't know if that's still "true" as diet "facts" seem to change from week to week.
One thing that worked for me with the post-pregnancy pounds, was eating fruit for breakfast. Just an apple or an orange or a couple of apricots.
In the meantime ... it's roast pork for tomorrow with potatoes and carrots and pumpkin and gravy 🙂
