This is caused by a negative ion energy weapon attack, i.e. HAARP. In LA we are using negative ionization of our atmosphere in our self-defense against HAARP. Our weapon is orgonite and it causes the negative ionization of the atmosphere necessary for the hydrogen bond formation that allows rain clouds to form. We were able to achieve a big rain here despite the bombardment of heavy metal aerosols and energy weapons on our atmosphere on Halloween night. Understanding how rain occurs has been instrumental in undoing the geoengineering damage that is drying out our beautiful state.

The colourful clouds are quite fascinating. Here is some more information about this natural occurrence.

Amazingly beautiful natural phenomenon can be observed when the sun rises high in the sky. The rays of the sun when it passes through high-altitude clouds composed of ice crystals in the form of hexagons. The sunlight is refracted in these crystals in bizarre way, and as a result, we see “fire rainbow”. This phenomenon is not local, it can extend over several hundred square miles.

Brightly colored circumhorizontal arc occur mostly during the summer and between particular latitudes. When the sun is very high in the sky, sunlight entering flat, hexagon shaped ice crystals gets split into individual colors just like in a prism. The conditions required to form a “fire rainbow” is very precise – the sun has to be at an elevation of 58° or greater, there must be high altitude cirrus clouds with plate-shaped ice crystals, and sunlight has to enter the ice crystals at a specific angle.
