I think I was about 5 or 6 when I wanted to work in a lolly shop. :^O

Later, I wanted to be a teacher, then a journalist then join the Navy.

I ended up being a nurse and midwife  which I loved very much ๐Ÿ™‚

all i ever wanted to be was a teacher.  i did my arts degree and went into a a teaching course but became ill and never finished it.  ended up doing office work and hated it.  i have tried to retrain in other areas but depression, illness and not having my heart in it have left me at loose ends at the moment.

Such is life.

When I was about nine I wanted to either be a stripper or a Mack Truck driver. No idea how I even knew about strippers ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Fortunately I became neither. I went to work in an office :_|

In hindsight the stripping or truck driving may have been more interesting.

I wanted to be a physiotherapist or a kindergarten (pre-school) teacher. Sadly I came from a generation and environment where girls weren't encouraged into tertiary education, so did neither but drifted into office work. I enjoyed most of it but I am now doing what I really want to do.

I'm retired :^O

I wanted to be a governess on a station, seemed so romantic.:^O read too many books I think.

Ended up doing office work (accounts) (mainly just me and one other) and loved it, really nothing else interested me.
