We have somewhat of a 3 way tie here.

cartooncomics had 5 votes for Hair by the Cowsills and lis351 had 5 votes for Evie Part 1 by Stevie Wright.  Then to make it even more challenging I had 5 votes for San Francisco by Scott McKenzie.
