Sandy, turkey roll? What's that?

Wow Bluey your working bee workers have sure put a dent in the clean up it looks so much better. I bet you feel better when you step outside and see the difference this has made?

Thanks, Sandy, My niece and her wife are two amazing women and I am so proud of them. They are both petite but strong and wanted to do something that would help to ease my mind and to thank me for being there for them.

My cold came back with a vengeance this morning and I'm sure that I've coughed up a lung.

Wow...huge change bluecat. Will be lovely for the coming summer months to have that done.

We had a rather upsetting time at dog rescue today when one lovely boy has been found to what appears to be gun pellents in his skull. He had arrived with a nasty wounx and scar but after treatment the wound has healed but pellets can be easily felt now:( ....or perhaps bone fragments. Xrays this week will tell. I shed a few tears as this boy is so friendly, keen to please and has a lovely temperament, very kid and dog friendly too.

Hey Soul, not seen you for ages.....

hi everyone else too, just haven't seen soul in a while..

you still doing the art stuff, from memory it was freaking awesome.

Katy, they are the Steggles Breast turkey out of the freezer.  We find them very nice and fat free.

Twinkles, that is heartbreaking.

In our local this week, they reported where 2 Cavs had been taken from their home and found dead wrapped in plastic.  I think people who do this type of thing are dangerous Smiley Mad.

Wow BC, that looks fantastic, upward and onward from now on 🙂

Hi Soul :), lovely to see a post from you

Freddie, pleased you had a nice time with your mum

Sandy The big green shed always has a lovely array of plants, sadly I dont have one anywhere near me, so I have to contend with the Blue one which is ok

Debra  Only 7mm here, looks like the dry season has begun 😞

Mr B finally finished the sunroom today, well apart from the front and back doors which need some minor repairs before painting. It has made a huge differece, the room looks twice as big.

Just popping in till din-dins is ready.  (Chef Deb has 2nd sitting of last nights savoury mince with the addition of tomato paste to enhance the flavour and to serve with whole grain spaghetti. Not too keen on cooking here, can't see the benefit of lots of preparation, cooking, short eating time followed by washing up.)

Bluecat, what a great pair of helpers, returning your help in spadesSmiley Wink

It should lessen the overwhelming feelings of "where do I begin?" and ease some angst from your lovely surroundings.

Gosh it's hard to stay on my toes here.  Read lots of posts  and thought of some great responses, now can't think what I was going to say or to whom.

Oh, one thing, Bushie if you have stock in the fenced yard in the future, you might have to be aware of poisonous plants and whether the little sheepies will supplement their diet with what you do grow.

The paint job looks good.  That large window without the curtains does look larger, and the yard view will help "extend" it too.  I'm a little concerned that you may need curtains in winter.Smiley Frustrated

Bit of catching up between longtime friends here too.  Sandy is in cooking mode along with Katy.

All appears good.

DEB

DEB Sheep were an option we considered to help with the "mowing"   ....  It's still something we are comptemplating, but now on a larger scale, still in the planning stage for now and def "not in my b/yard"

Once the awning is fully down, it locks together and prevents the cold/condensation from getting onto the glass, thus it keeps the room warmer than anything on the inside will do.

Wow Bushy that looks great, Mr Bushy has outdone himself.

I'm sitting here with tears rolling down my cheeks, I was just watching Sunday Night on prime about a Police Officer who commited suicide due to PTSD his poor wife and children. I blame the stress my brother endured as a police officer for his cancer he also suffered PTSD he also received the highest bravery award as a serving officer The Cross of Valour.
