Hi Deb, it was a new flyscreen for a window. We had just made them to replace broken timber framed ones.

I guess somebody needed just the one. I don't know why all didn't go. Too much to carry if just walking past maybe.

Distinctive colour too, we did a precise custom paint at Mitre 10.

that's really terrible Amber.  We had an antique birdbath stolen from our front garden once, before we hade a roller door on the driveway. OH was home at the time too

 

 

also when my kids were little our daughters trike disappeared from on the driveway 

Debra's probably taking delicious photos of the "early morning dew kissing a rose bud".  Or, just sleeping in.

 

I do have one for you this morning DEB, its a David Austin rose, but I can't remember what it's called

That is my Paul rose, it was given to me by some special ebay friends after my youngest Brother passed away, these 2 roses opened up on Christmas Day.

 

The next is my Carl rose the same special ebay friends sent me this rose when my Brother Carl passed 6 months after Paul.

Bushie is a cranky Bushie atm,  am fed up with answering the ph to find it's some political party recording on the other end of the line   grrrrrrrr

 

One large pot of bulbs has been dug up plus some African daisies for my friend, still heaps of bulbs to go but my back iis telling me it's time for a break.

 

How are the renos going freddie?  Quickly I hope.

 

DEB what a lovely story re your pa and so wonderful to have some "keepsakes" of his.   We have shadecloth attatched to the fence, which can be used to cover the veggie patch if there is a frost warning or I think the hot Summer sun is going to burn the plants.

We are getting the political survey recordings too.
