5.5k is a fairly hefty hike Flashie, no wonder your feet hurt. My DD gave me some walking shoes for my Birthday, they are not pretty but are light, comfortable and a great support to my feet. I was so pleased with them I bought another pair.

Morning everyone.  It is the first day of summer and 24 days until Christmas.  To quote a good friend...* criez *

It is bucketing down here............wouldn't  you know it...........I spent all day yesterday watering......

We got all our indoor Christmas stuff out today........how come everything is packed in styrofoam.............gawd I hate that stuff.

This is the second time I have typed out a post for here today..............the first one disappeared into cyber space and I could not be bothered typing it all again.

Hubby is back at work today...........gee those four weeks went quickly...............now I have to wait a whole year again.

Evening Ladies,

I have been up in Yea for the last couple of days and exiting times had by everyone up there as the Christmas lights went up and turned on...very pretty this year and the boys got to stay up late to see them.

it's really been a bit hot already hasn't it?? It's hot inside my house atm, much cooler outside and I have the watering system on

It has finally stopped raining...............but it is muggy.

We went for our walk tonight............and there were heaps and heaps of little black insect flying around our heads as we walked over the bridges.

NIcs...........are there many place around where you are that do Christmas Lights...............there used to be heaps here that did it..........but we are probably the only ones left now.
