*sigh* .... dont get any form of humour or a takeoff bit of writing at all.
Yes people do, there is however nothing ever humourous in Pickerings dribblings. The majority of people don't even read his diatribes.
He has such a limited & repetitive range of topics. Will recycle something again months after it might have been 'news'.

It is 2014 Tasmanian banal (so lacking in originality as to be obvious and boring) cliche jokes, calling people from other cultures derogatory names, homophobic jokes etc are no longer socially appropriate.
These cliche jokes are the worst level of bigotry.
These 'jokes' are unoriginal and unfunny in any context.
The example in the opening post is VERY HIGH SCHOOL - don't be shocked if no-one finds it humorous. The problem lies with the author not the readers.
People like Pickering need to get some new material.. preferably something ORIGINAL. Not the stuff as reposted here in the opening post which is very much lacking in originality.

And every other nation that takes the mickey out of anther nation in humour.
What is wrong with having a laugh ?
ALL Comedy is due to someone else's tragedy.

You just don't get it.. society has progressed (mostly).
Pickerings diatribes are just that ... diatribes - written attacks against someone or something... not original, not funny.

For the worse.
Everyone is so afraid of offending someone else they pussyfoot around now and no one speaks in straight language.
It's OK for the Radical Mulims of Lakemba to sprout off anti infidel diatribe or Aboriginals to sprout off about Whites taking their land
or call us Whiteys but WASP's can't say boo against anyone because they get called a bigot, racist or whatever.
I will say what I like, when I like and anyone is quite welcome to debate the subject.
If I want to live in a society where I can't speak my mind, I'll go to a Muslim or Communist country.
