Being in a pressurised but unheated aircraft at height is bloody cold.
I froze my balls off once, so cold that when we came into land and was told to move I couldn't 
Lets not forget most incidences are more to do with the aircraft than the airline.
There will always be unforeseen circumstances no matter how diligent maintenance is due to aircraft design or manufacture.
The A380's are still very new.
