Sounds healthy, but wouldn't the spinach make it a bit bitter?

I use baby spinach, 2 handfuls, a desertspoon of avo, 10 grapes, half a pear, a dribble of lime juice, Greek fat free yogurt, and half a cup skim milk and blend. It's delicious, deadly looking but very nice.
