As sad as these people are, if the OP is going to use the boards for friendship and chatting, she needs to know these types are on the board.  They must lead a very sad life to keep resurrecting themselves under another name to get thrills and if the truth is known - they are the lonely ones.

I agree, a lot of reading will help her sort out who is worthwhile and who is not.
