I hope you don't mind me posting that for you. If you are using an -iphone, the link is the only way to put a photo on here (I think).
If not using an i-phone go to the top of the reply box, click on the icon, two to the right of the smiley face (insert/edit image) and select photo from your computer... choose image size - large seems to work best for the photo challenge.
