morning everyone  Smiley Happy

Hi DEB

nice to see you here

sorry you missed out on that setting Freddie, whenever you see somethiung really nice, have to move quickly as it's likely someone else would like it too. You'll have to keep an eye out and hopefuly another one will pop up somewhere.

I've just diced the left over ham for freezing it will be OK to toss in scrambled eggs and what not.

Deb, i'm  kicking myself I dilly dallied around with the setting it was gorgeous and I can still see it painted up in a lovely colour sitting in my new courtyard when it's eventually done.

yes, it's a shame Freddie, but maybe another one will come up and Mr F will have learned to say "yes" more quickly lol

Boo.

Hot, hot, hot!! We had 3 trees chopped down and 11 stumps mulched yesterday and its bloody hot out there trying to clean up the mess. Its a shame fire restrictions have started and we cant burn them off yet. We'll now have a huge pile of branches up the backyard for the next 4 or 5 months Smiley Frustrated

Smoko's over now, time to get back into it. At least I might lose some weight dragging the branches and shovelling mulch Smiley Happy

Hi Deb. I haven't been feeling very communicative of late. I hope that everyone had a lovely xmas.

My xmas was fantastic. My girls and their partners, and, my niece, her wife and their boys came over on xmas eve to celebrate. Lots of good company , food and drinks.

My of my budgies died on Boxing Day.

I made some pea and ham soup with the ham bone which still had a bit of meat on.  Couldn't waste it.

Still raining in Bris. and very cool.
