Afternoon BC

Lovely pics, I am thinking it not a daylily due to the longer, elongated petals ... Will see what DEB thinks .....

Oakleaf lettuce does very well in pots and you can pick a few leaves when you need them. Old concrete laundy tubs make great containers for growing veges as do fridges lying on their back with their door/s removed.

It's a shocker of a day here, have had 10ml of rain this morning, at least the water tank will be nicely topped up. As I can't be outside, lotsa housework has been done ( boring )

DEB I have saved heaps of sweet pea seed but dunno if thye will be sterile or not, time will tell I guess  ....

It appears the cyclone season has hit Forster

It's hit Melborne as well !

I did one of those dumb quizzes, this one was "Which natural disaster are you?". Turns out I'm a hurricane which I suppose is apt considering my location. lol. I wish it would rain - it is so parched outside.

Planting done. A few befores and afters/ [ I take some more pics in a week's time]. I planted the petunias, a pink geranium and a fuschia [both grown from cuttings] , as well positioning a birdbath that I got for xmas.

sent hubby to the gym Freddie, he has been busy working all hours and not going. He likes it for a break as much as the exercise.
