Yes, that works on Safari on iPhones and iPads which are up to date
🙂iPad minis to use are just smaller than an iPad. No real difference in how you can use it. Give it a test run with someone else's or in a store before you buy to see if the size suits you azurline. Think about how much storage you need, too. I was given the basic 15Gb one and as I am using it for work, with a lot of photos on it, it filled up pretty quickly.
You can run things on an iPad mini the same as on the full size one
