Dear friend, this is devastating news.
I can just imagine how you feel, but there is nothing you have done wrong. Your children had the best father they could have wished for. You have gone out of your way to help them and nothing more you could have possibly done to prevent what happened.
I asked myself the same questions when I lost two sons in short succession.
