I just realised that last night I got the names wrong.  It was the McEnroe and Bjorn Borg games that I loved to watch but I still loved Boris Becker.  I think Boris turned out to be a bit of a naughty boy too didn't he?

It's a lovely morning but it's still going to be a hot one.  Friday already!

been out and about back home for awhile and then out again..life is busy atm all good tho..dd is coming later with Maya having a quick bite to eat for tea and then we are going to watch her train for state league netball,she will be playing for Blaze again as a shooter providing the training and fitness goes okay..I think this might be her last year,too much wear and tear on her body..

Morning Nics.  My!  We are rather a sporty lot lately. Watching rather than playing of course 😄

I'm in and out a bit today too.  I must get some supplies in for Australia Day (think champers) and stock the fridge so that the boys don't starve themselves while I'm away for a whole day.

Then doctors this afternoon. I probably won't be wearing that swimsuit this year because I'll have a few stitches in my back. It's just a nothing lump I'm having cut out.

Nics, Enjoy the netball tonight, it is my favourite sport along with tennis and footy. I sometimes wander down to the local courts just to watch strangers play LOL.  I coached, refereed and played but had to give it up because of injury, then DD had to give it up because of injury (CL and big op) but GD is still playing and so far has never had an injury.....maybe she doesn't play hard enough :).

Joono, we were discussing Bjorn Borg last night and his reluctance to give up playing with a wooden racquet. That does not seem so long ago, how time flies.

Joono, I hope this afternoon doesn't hurt and if it does, only for a very short time. Buy an extra bottle of champers and have that when you get home to cheer you up (that is a joke, don't do it because alcohol in your system slows down blood clotting and you don't want that today).

We have decided to go to lunch today as the main tennis we want to watch is not until tonight. Enjoy the rest of your day everyone.

we have an asteroid coming by on Monday

The asteroid is called 2004 BL86. It'll come about 745,000 miles (1.2 million kilometers) from Earth, or about three times as far away as the moon.

I hope the Australia Day fireworks display doesn't knock it off course.
