Yes they can, Some men do have the ability to get pregnant, and some women do not have that ability, like me. A transgender man had a baby, it was all over the news.

I was a boarding master once. Those boys will probably all put their parents in a home where they will not be looked after as well as they were and I say good on them

Two of my boys parents lived less than a hundred kilometres away. The father was a nice idiot and the mum was a bike riding freak, only interested in riding here and there. He must have disguised himself as a bike to get her pregnant

Yes, in a movie LOL   There was a baby born from transplanted uterus somewhere in Europe, so theoretically it may be possible to transplant a donated uterus into a man, but to keep the uterus from being rejected would be hard enough, gestating baby totally another thing.  There are easier ways to have a baby.
