Was in the ocean today. Few humans in it, that was it. They're scary enough.

750 gram bag of walnuts from Woolworths is $15. Gives you 26.75 28 gram serves which equates to 57 cents per serve. How much is your health worth and definitely cheaper than eating fish

I have a problem with eating nuts

 

actually the problem isn't eating them it's not eating them.  Once I start I can't stop, I love nuts and will eat the whole bag.
