politics on here is toxic
But it's "toxic" if we have a different view from the right wingers, apparently, and pure and acceptable only if posters agree with them.

Yes, having a different view/perspective from another poster, is not a personal attack on the poster... some seem to think it is.
There does seem to be an ever increasing number of people who are getting very disillusioned with the current Govt, I guess that could lead to the feeling of for people who support the Govt of 'being outnumbered'.

"What is politics?" a lot of bleating by : mostly in the form of gimme gimme: or:
Here politics would appear to be a form off Myopic catharsis, somewhat removed from economic reality e.g. Medibank shares have risen 20% in 2 months, and someone comments that 40 cents is not much (IPO $2.00) whilst possibly bemoaning the complexities of the budget!.
"Opinions of posters here re the incompetence of the current PM & the Govts unfair and inequitable polices.........."
Incompetence? not judging by the ASX and the XJO (top 200 Australian listed companies).
Economic polices/politics as reflected by the ASX interest me, not a lot of partisan twaddle, often just C&P, unresearched and sometimes exaggerated.
