Not much work today................so I decided to go for a walk.

I have to babysit our grandson for a while tonight and he is not fond of coming on a walk with us............so I decided to go for a walk myself.

It was such a nice morning that I was gone for 2 hours...........

Only four muffins disappeared over night.

I have a slow cooker full of tomato salsa cooking..............I seem to have Karen's problem with tomato............heaps and heaps of them ripening all at once.

About a month ago I did not think I was going to get much of a crop this year at all..................but all of a sudden the veggies have gone crazy.

Hi everyone.  Not too sure yet Prim.  He said last weekend that it would be a couple of weeks away but just waiting for him to call.

Not doing much at the moment. I feel like I'm playing the waiting game and I don't know what for lol.  

I forgot to say.................I usually keep my political opinions to myself.......................but I have to say.............gee I hope Abbott does not decide to scrap the census................as a person who loves genealogy I can not help but feel that it will be a great loss.

I missed your post Flashie.  I didn't try growing tomatoes this year.  My last effort was very dismal.  My herbs and looking great though and I do use them quite a bit or else I munch on the parsley when I walk past the pot.  

My thyme went really well.  Do you know how to do "sun dried" tomatoes with thyme?  They are just beautiful if you still need any ideas.

No I don't...............sounds like a good idea.

I think I cooked about 5kg of tomato today......................but I don't mind because even the grandchildren eat this.

This is the youtube I copied to give it a go but I used quite large grape tomatoes.  I suppose it would be the same for cut up big tomatoes too.

Anyway.  Getting out for a while. The house is a mess and I don't feel like looking at it.

Just getting myself all "dolled up" off for tea tonight at the local pub..keep trying you never know!!lol

I haven't seen the forecast for the weekend but its going to be a warm one.  Today was much warmer than they forecast too  

Flashie I agree about the Census,I think it's pretty much a done deal though
