I'm not sure when Laney.  They said it would be a couple of weeks and it has been now so I hope they haven't done a runner.  Hopefully soon.

I'm going to go with their suggestion as my niece has it in her place and it looks good.

Long time no see Laney, and yes, We finally got some rain, lots of thunder about and I have one scaredy cat inside hiding under a bed, the other one is hiding outside somewhere I hope you get so e rain with your storm too.

Joono.............my brother is a painter...........and he said it is a really popular colour at the moment...........and currently people are favouring differing shades of the same colour throughout instead of different colours.

 

Our daily walks seem to be getting longer and longer................but tonight my knees are protesting,

 

Our eldest grand daughter is getting a tad nervous..........they have their sports carnival on Wednesday............and as House Captain she has a lot of responsibility...................she will be fine.

Today I took my car to have one of the tyres looked at.  It had a slow leak. Luckily it only cost me $25 instead of the cost of a new tyre.  I have a love hate relationship with that place after the trouble they put my son through when his car had to go over the pits but they came good in the end and really helped him out.

 

Now I have to go back to the post office there tomorrow because I missed the delivery of the all important quilt cover. Why is Australia Post redirecting parcels to another suburb instead of our own post office?  I'm really annoyed about that as I've had to drive to pick up some parcels for my son as he works during post office hours but he's got the online shopping bug.

 

Apart from that the day wasn't so bad.  I don't think we got to the 41 degrees and no storm. I would have loved the rain though.
