Not quite on the same scale as the mouth washing...... which apparently worked for some people.

I am gobsmacked thjat anyone would do the bleach enemas etc but I suppose there are people who do such things without thinking of the real consequences.

yeah, i said this was worse. my teeth were stained and mom tried to use bleech on them, scrapped my teeth with a butcher knife or something, just made them worse. i went to school with yet another thing to draw attention to me, the inside of my mouth, tounge and all completly void of color. gargling with bleech will make your tounge white and affect how food tastes for about a week or so.
