Rubbish. Abbott is running the country (even though he and his crew continue to act as if they are in opposition) and must be held to account for his actions. What Shorten does is of secondary importance, until he becomes PM at the next election.
Agree, what Shirten does is of no importance, he's not the leader of this country.
although when it comes to a speech after the PM has spoken Shirten has to go longer, more of the "see I care more" and it's so transparent he should be limited in his responses like the oscars are. He starts out in full bi partisan mode then he trails off into a long double standard waffle that is seen for what it is.
He's a true union boss, all hate for the right and union rabble rousing for the left.

Ah yes those flags. Shows how much I trust the man doesn't it ? Lol I still don't trust him btw, even if if his flags are in order 🙂
I don't remember childish and spiteful twaddle when there was all these flags. Once again we are shown the spite and shallow nature of the disappointed.
Did anybody count the flags? did anybody question if the flags were real? did the flags move? were they real flagss? is this picture real?
get the picture?

The word remains in modern usage in the phrase hoist with one's own petard, which means "to be harmed by one's own plan to harm someone else" or "to fall into one's own trap," implying that one could be lifted up (hoist, or blown upward) by one's own bomb
my shoes do fit me - quite comfortably thank you ![]()

your picture of Gillard , Obama and the flags is totally irrelevant, that is more than just an address to the nation. the flags symbolize the "friendliness" between the two nations, probably as a mark of respect for the guest. ![]()
nice try , but a BIG FAIL

Noooo, that picture exposes you and others for their childish, leftist barrage about flags.
So more petard? would you like that with tea or coffee ![]()
