there is noting irrational about reporting those who

openly (on public forums) make excuses for islam-ist

fanatics/hate preachers. (hizb ut-tahrir's wassim doureihi

is just one example here.)

And those who openly support Palestinians.

Where their is such open support their is likely to be fire !

Smiley LOL

No, you are the one saying that I am saying that.

Unfortunately meaningless personal invective is never a substitute for rational argument. and only makes those who post it  look foolish and vindictive

I can't believe they asked for bail for one of the Muslims planning to behead someone.

Plus they are up in arms over other things as well.

He's in SuperMax, I doubt anyone can "get to him" there.

A good example of why Abbott said what he said.

This is why we need to clamp down hard on Muslims that hate. And locked up for life or extradited.

A Sydney man was told to "just pick any random unbeliever" and kill them in front of the Islamic State flag and then send the footage so it could be put online, a court has heard.

Omarjan Azari, 22, was arrested at his home at Guildford in Sydney's west last September during the largest counter-terrorism operation in Australia's history.

Police allege that Mr Azari was involved in planning a terrorist act in a phone call with Mohammad Ali Baryalei, Australia's most senior member of the terrorist group Islamic State.

In Central Local Court on Tuesday Crown Prosecutor Peter Neil, SC, read from transcripts of phone calls allegedly between Mr Azari and Mr Baryalei.

"What you guys need to do is just pick any random unbeliever. When finished put the flag of the state in the background and film it and send it off," Mr Baryalei allegedly said.

Mr Azari allegedly replies, "Yeah".

"Backpacker, tourist, American, French or British even better," Mr Baryalei continues.

In other parts of the transcript, Mr Baryalei talks about killing five people a month. He also allegedly tells Mr Azari to recruit two to three "brothers" - "heavy duty boys with perfect faith".

"If you kill our people we will kill your people one by one," Mr Baryalei allegedly says.

In opposing bail, Mr Neil said, "There is no question there is strong evidence of an agreement in which the applicant [Azari] will either by himself or with others pick some random member of the community at random, kill them, cover them with the Islamic State flag, film it and send it to Mr Baryalei."

The hearing continues.

Empty rhetoric is no substitute for rational argument. If you want to be taken seriously please quote for us - verbatim - any post here that praises, promotes or even agrees with the hate speeches of Wassim Doureihi or any other religious fanatic.

To label someone a supporter of terrorism simply because they do not agree with your view on how the problem should be handled is not only extremely silly and insulting - it borders on the downright dangerous. Some of us here are old enough to remember the "fellow travellers" epithet of the McCarthy era in America.

SHE
The very vocal and visible support on here for the Palestinian terrorists is one example at the same time

as the downright hate thrown towards Israel and absolute denial of the Palestinians doing anything wrong.

It's interesting that Debra posted the same article as I did above but in the Gov't thread and the ONLY comment she could

make on it was that Abbott should have kept his mouth shut being a legal case.

Not ONE comment on what the perp wanted to do.

If that isn't tacit approval of what they want to do and terrorism, terrorists, god knows what is.

More concern for the perps rights than everything else, exactly what Abbott was saying

the focus is all wrong.
