Pity we didn't hear a bleep out of Abbott, chortle. All his bleeping has lead to his demise.

EA2002 : "I can clearly remember the Vic Premier, John Cain, retiring in 1990, on well over $1million a year."

Well publicized at the time. Hearsay ATM, as I don't have the facts and figures to hand - it was after all, well over 20 years ago now.

I have long ago formed the opinion that a few here are  "loose" with facts and/or  the truth. Thus I await with interest the evidence  to support your assertion EA2002 , "Well publicized"?   (hearsay is not acceptable)  that Cain retired  "on well over $1million a year."

I started to check the  VICTORIAN PARLIAMENTARY SALARIES AND SUPERANNUATION ACT 1968  but it was long and boring, so

your reference would suffice EA2002

As for backflips,  they are old hat entertainment where politicians are concerned (they still end up facing the same direction).

However the Circus days with Poor Me and Rudd, actually it was: Rudd - Poor Me - Rudd,  put on a far better performance called a high-wire knife act wherein the loser fell (from grace) .

Actually they both ended up falling!

Mon

They don't like it when Shifty Shorten back flips, that is for sure.

Abbott's back flips have much more effect on the nation. He is supposed to be in charge of it. Chortle.

Shorten isn't about to be dumped as leader of his party.. like Abbott. That's the REAL current news.

You have proved my point nicely, thank you.

Its like fishing in a barrel lol

No way, do I believe that! Woman LOL

Mono, don't you ever get sick of living in the past and being so one eyed?

This thread is about the biggest loser bully boy of the lot.  The current poor excuse for a PM.

The whinging he is doing about the media picking on him leaves him the definite winner in the Poor Me stakes.

One eyed.

Thats funny coming from you lot.

1990!     :faints:

Did Mr Cain cause Mr Abbott to do a back flip in 2015?
