If you really want to screw someone up, you don't just call the National Security Hotline.
Plenty of Govt departments would cause much more angst than them and tie them up that they wouldn't have
Any time left for terrorist activities.
ATO tax audits for one, Dept of Human Services another (thats what it is called in Vic).
Security hotline just adds to the database.
