idlewhile you are 100% right, all these people commenting are just thick. I'm sure they wouldn't be promoting bali tourism if it was their family member! Who cares what their laws are, they are the most corrupt government known to man and they are also fighting countries who have their natives on death row, demanding that they be freed. What a double standard joke. And threatening us to be respectful to them but being totally disresoectful to us is bizarre. That's why they treat us as they do, because this country is made up of people who kiss their feet like this community posting on here

You can be on which ever side you want regarding the possible execution of these two, but IMHO,

the whole thing has become a circus in the last 2 weeks.

Yesterday or the day before we had Sukumaran was awarded an honorary Fine Arts degree from Curtin University.

Today Andrew Chan, was ordained as a Christian minister.

What's next, the Vatican puts them up for Sainthood ?

Perhaps they should Vic and show how they overcame their humble beginnings and helped so many people after their downfall in a place that no one wants their sons to go to.

I am so hoping that Joko Widodo gives them mercy and spares their lives.

I said my piece, not getting involved.

The Indonesians are not going to back down, either legally or other reasons.

We look at them as two deaths, they would look at it as a training exercise for Kopassus.

Apart from a few over there, it's a minor bump on the road.

I don't hold out much hope for them but the grotesque pantomime they put on re how the police and the military were fighting over the detail because it pays more was a window into the minds and culture of these people.

Why did they do that? what was it all about? was it, look we don't give a rats about your mighty Australia.

Bali bombing? anybody remember that?

I hope the families weren't watching.
