Her body, her relationship, her family...if she can afford it and is fit and well, I see no problem. There are no guarantees on any relationship in terms of parenting. My father was 38 when he passed away, my grand mother was 81...no-one knows how long they are of this earth. If they can bring a happy, healthy baby into it and love it for as long as they can....
