Don't need to address that to me, I hardly ever mention her. Unless it is about her dreadful relationship with most of her own children. Nothing to do with Australia Post either.

So you decided to make a snide remark now, just because I disagreed with your comments?

Would you really appreciate anyone telling you what you should do with your own money?

Apart from that the AP CEO has donated to a variety of groups, not just the Museum.. did you read that bit?

All I want is tracking on my parcels but even that is too much to ask

When a  tracked parcel goes awol and never delivered to recipient,  because parcel wasn't scanned at a point on its journey, AP says  -  too bad, nothing we can do. Sender pays extra for tracking they should get tracking!

Anything you put in a letter box never gets scanned from the sender as far as I know, my stuff gets picked up and express parcels are never scanned at the depot but that isn't what I mean, I mean the untracked labels that do get scanned lol. The last few years I have spent in excess of $100,000 per year on shipping and this is how they treat me.

Richo must have taken a lesson from POLKS  Smiley LOL

In short, retail customers get tracking automatically, you cannot get a parcel service over the counter without tracking yet Australia Post reward business customers with these pathetic labels trying to coerce them into eParcel which is too expensive for low priced items.

His was not snide though !

He was just expressing his opinion .

An opinion shared by many I suspect

donna - I don't put my parcels with tracking in the street posting boxes. I take them into the PO, lodge them, they are scanned and Ireceive a receipt.

I haven't had any go missing myself, but other sellers have.. missing scans on the way... AP has no idea where the parcel is.

(Also not a high volume seller like yourself)

I will read the rest of your post now.

That is crazy donna. There was a woman on one of those ACA/Today tonight progammes a while ago that had heaps of her parcels go missing (she was a high volume seller).  The items were high priced leotards or tulle skirts, from memory. Sent in satchels.

That probably explains why no one could tell her where they went to (no tracking), AP didn't seem to care very much.

I have quite a few friends that are posties, they are told to scan them too, it is the most ridiculous system on earth, I feel sorry for the posties. They are monitoring my parcels but not my deliveries.

I did leave the name out.

You attrubuted it to someone else, using the name they use on the forum.

I do love it when you get all hot and bothered, it makes my day Smiley LOL
