Would Khaki green do?

Good morning everyone!  Lubbly day today.  We might even get a bit more rain but it's all sunny and blue right now.

well I've been out, but I haven't seen any Irish people about yet

I am wearing green leggings and green tshirt............and when I went for our walk this morning I was the only one wearing green...............I felt a bit like a goose.....

Finally it looks like we will get some rain.................saves me watering today.

I have finally finished the winter school beanies I was making for the grandchildren for Easter.

The grandchildren are not hugely fond of chocolate...........(one wont eat any)...........and I won't buy presents for Easter.

So it has been hard to decide what to give them...............so we decided on a movie ticket each.........a few eggs..........and the beanies I made.

Morning Deb.  I woke up to rain again and the lawn is already looking nice and green.  It is so humid though that even though it is much cooler it still feels a bit hot.  I hope it drops a bit.

I had one of those dopey moments earlier today...........(I am sure I have more than my share......)

I just just got back from this mornings work..............and saw it was just starting to rain.

I could not find my wash basket...............and remembered I left it outside when I pegged out the boys work clothes late last night.

So while grumbling under my breath that the two boys had not noticed the rain.............I grabbed the clothes off the line and threw them in the basket.

Just as I threw them in I remembered.............................it rained last night................and there was about an inch of water in the bottom on the basket...................

So now my clothes were wetter than if I had of left them on the line until the shower of rain had past............good grief.
