I am so surprised by this. I followed him on Twitter too and there was no sign.
As he was a Twitterfan himself I think I can quote Sarah Hanson-Young as she said it so well.
Mr Fraser a politician of principle and leader of compassion. A true gentleman with a heart full of empathy. I am devastated.

He wasn't always that, but we all most of us mature, mellow, soften and change our views as we age and learn more of the world and its people.
He did just that.
(I hope when my time comes, I go as quickly).
