Hopefully hubbys brother's yard will be finished today.............it has been a big job.

A house a few doors down from hubby's brother paid a contractor to do his wall and had very little change out of $75 000..................so we have managed to get his done much cheaper than that.

When my friend and I went for our Saturday morning walk we were hoping to see the Dragon Boat Racing...........I even took my camera......................but our timing was out......................we were back home before they even go started................I might go back out for another walk after lunch.

retaining wall Flashie?? we just had one collapse after the tree removalist took out a tree... not here, the other house.... but we're not planning on paying anything like to get if fixed 

This is a Federation style house...................on an extremly steep block...............a one way street...........and no driveway...........and no access via anyone elses property.

So everything has to be carried in or out by hand.

I will see if I can get you a picture next time I go up there.

The place is so steep that the backyard is nearly level with the roof.

I hope we get a few more sunny days here before winter sets in, it's been kind of grey here lately.

I am off looking for properties for work today.

The boys have some mates coming around to watch the cricket final.............I am guessing it might get a bit noisy here later today................

It would be if I was looking for myself....................but I have to look with the rental market in mind.

I want to be back in time to walk up to the markets to get some raspberries and strawberries...........I have ran out.

It looks like rain here.............so I am hoping to get there.
