yeah its his right to exclude them coz homosexuality is so contagious and might put him and customers at risk.

Why should a proprietor need to have any reason to exclude anyone?

Everyone excludes who ever thy like from their home so why should a proprietor be any different?

Yeah, I've just invented a religion which say blacks and  single mums are an abomination. THe law allows me to ban them on religious grounds. Are you going to challenge my religious rights???
