You have been asked a couple of questions, can you answer them before you run away?
It would be one way to put your point, don't you think? We badly need explanations for the thinking behind those placards.

In Melbourne it is law to have a permit btw. I read that the largest of the rallies were in Adelaide and Melbourne

Surely you can explain exactly what the Sharia Law you want banned is.
Even a vague explanation?

RECLAIM AUSTRALIA DAY RALLY 2015
If this rally is not motivated by racism or religious bigotry who on earth are they trying to reclaim Australia from?
All the rally showed is how few people supported it Australia wide, which is a good thing.

@daydream**believer wrote:The usual posters with the usual opinions. No point at all in trying to discuss this topic with any of you.
As per usual there are those who are against it, and also those who support it, who are just keyboard warriers and dont actually get off their computers to show support or opposition.
Anyway, just came on to post on this thread, since i actually attended a rally and can say first hand what went on.
Bye now
With the greatest respect DD you haven't actually discussed anything. You have simply put your point of view across and then attacked anyone who asked you to explain where you were coming from. That's not discussion.
As for people not getting off their computers to show support or opposition, why would most people attend a rally in opposition to so much hatred. I for one would not attend somewhere where people were so angry and full of hatred for something that is not even an issue for the majority of Australians and is only really of concern to those who are full of fear for something they don't really understand.
