I think it is the 100th anniversary this year Joono

It sure is the 100th anniversary.

Our eldest grand daughter is doing the dawn service with the Girl Guides.................so we will be there.

We had a family member who was born on Anzac Day.................so their middle name was Anzac in honour of the day.

It is rather cold here today........so we are watching dvd's...................Full House.............hopefully it warms up somewhere along the way..............I hate the grandchildren having to stay inside all day.

Tis a bit wee nippy but if the sun does appear it still has some warmth..winter isn`t too far away.Had a lovely lunch yesterday prawns with  pasta in a lovely cream and bacon sauce,all made from scratch too..he is a good cook!! got to get moving picking up Maya this arvo from childcare which is somthing I always look forward too..might do a few opp shops on the way..

It looks like winter today.  We have even had some rain and more expected all through the week. It's still warm enough though.

Gee nics - not the best day to arrange a lunch.  Sounds like it went well though .... that bodes well for the future lol

Just heard on the news that the young lad lost around Eildon has been found - great news although no complete condition report provided as yet.

j*oono - a good day to stay in with a good book or someone who has read one.  Looks like more to come all week

Back to the grindstone for me today ..... better get a move on .... have been putting off some paperwork which will wait no longer.

Hubby is day one with no smokes.............I am rather proud of him...........because he did not really want to do this.

He hasn't even been grumpy..........(which I was fully expecting)

Now fingers crossed he can stay off them.

Morning everyone.

Flashie, he will be so pleased to have given them up.  Not for a while, but eventually.  

My brother gave up a a few months ago and then he recently started smoking again.  Of course he thought he could keep it under control and not become a heavy smoker again but obviously that didn't work, so now he is giving it another go.

I hope he can do it this time.

I hope he can stay off them Joono.

Hubby's blood results showed an improvement last week just for cutting down his smoking...........so I am hoping that will be motivation enough for the first few weeks.

He is cleaning out his garage this morning...........he said if he keeps busy it is easier.

I have a house full today.............grandchildren...........and sons............and sons mates.................it is a bit noisy.
