So sad to hear of Richie Benauds passing.

I does get better eventually Flashie.  I suppose I had an advantage.

 

I feel for him and you.  Some people find it really easy and some of us not so easy.  It's not the physical addiction that's hard to get over, it's the mental addiction and the pure habit.

 

I wonder how many Richie Benauds will be at the next match.  It was quite funny watching that.

 

Well we have watched three of the Police Accademy movies today............I forgot how funny they were.

 

Now I am off to work for a few hours to catch up on stuff.

I made heaps.of sausage rolls for tea tonight but I ate too many, oh, well, they were nice. I remember the good old days when the kids were little a batch of sausage rolls would last for 2 meals, these days they are all gone in one night.

Rain, beautiful rain ........ the garden is smiling and I don't have to venture out into it today - that's a plus after a hectic day yesterday.

 

Received a suprise package yesterday - champagne and birthday cake - will raise a glass to the Birthday Girl this evening
