I don't understand this case.  He was stopped for a traffic infringement, tail light, but why did he run?

The policeman might have thought there was a reason but I just don't get why he ran like that.  In no way am I excusing what the policeman did for shooting him eight times in the back, but what was he thinking?

Might have had a warrant or two.......On "Cops" some run when they don't have a driver's license......

apparently he had warrants for non payment of child support.

Thanks Pepe.  How sad.  I might dob in my nieces ex.  He already has warrants for his arrest for grievous assault and not showing up for court.
