at the left of screen you'll see:

mr-vanilla  Notifications (and a box) and then Messages - click on Messages Box

My layout must be different to yours ...nothing up there and nothing in the landing page from the message ....clicked the community button on the bottom of the page and there it was.

Must be gunna be one of those days .......

If the message box wasn't showing '1' after you received the email, you would need to refresh the CS page to get '1' to show.. or just click on the msg box '0' on the CS page and the msg would come up.

As you clicked on Community down the bottom and a new page opened, it was showed '1' there.
