morning Joono

it sounds very intrusive Smiley Sad

Joono........... I can sympathise with the allergies...............the hidden dust bunnies in our bedroom caused me drama over the last few weeks.

How long do you think they will be digging out the front..............I bet Baloo would love to get out and help.

Hubby decided to go and play 9 holes of golf before work today...............to try out his new golf clubs.

So I decided to take a walk to Decorama............and found some new netting I liked.

So of course that meant I had to move the lounge room netting to the bedroom.................and then the bedroom one to the kitchen...........and the kitchen one.......well I am not sure where to put that one.

Want to make a bet that hubby wont even notice...............is it just my hubby............or is it a "man" thing?

It's a man thing.

The excavators seem to remain in one spot for about a month to six weeks.  They are about to start down the other end of the road too so it means I'm going to have to detour the other way to the shops etc. I'm glad I'm not trying to sell the house right now.  You'd have buckley's.

Joono

He won't notice Flasnie, mine wouldn't either, it's definitely a "man" thing

morning everyone

Friday has come around quickly this week

Friday and a long weekend.  I'm sure we don't normally get an extra public holiday if ANZAC day is on the weekend.  Maybe because it is the 100th.

My internet wasn't working at first this morning.  I was worried that they had dug through our phone line but it seems ok now, touch wood.  The Telstra pit is right next to where they are digging.

Joono

you keep an eye on those men Joono

glad you escaped those evil dolls in the antique shop the other day  Smiley Very Happy

They are shockers aren't they.  I must admit I find your two dolls with the cat sitting on top of them a bit creepy too 😄

One of those dolls in my photos, I swear I have seen that one before.  It might be the same as one that my sister had.  It's the doll on the left in the last photo with the babies.

My sister had dark curly hair and I was blonde.  One Christmas we both got a doll like that but she got the dark haired one and I got the blonde one.  That year we were also given little pink strollers.  I wasn't much of a doll lover but I did love the stroller.

Joono

they are expensive too, most of them are mid century dolls, 1950's 1960's

my kids reckon my dolls are creepy as well, I used to collect plaster black boy statues and my sister could not sleep in my house because she thought they were creepy too, she felt they were watching her  Woman LOL

Joono............no public holiday here on Monday.

I never played with dolls growing up............I was the only girl..........and the youngest..........so if I wanted to play with someone I had to play boys games..............not that I really minded.

Our grand daughter as a Girl Guide has to attend the dawn service tomorrow................so it will be an early morning for us.

And then we are out to lunch with hubby's family.............it would have been his mothers birthday and she always went to this particular place for lunch...........so we have kept up the tradition.
