I hardly ever use any oil in cooking (stir frying, browning meat) so not likely to suffer any adverse results.

A form of sugar and can contribute to tooth decay, minor nutritional advantages.

 

My Uncle was an Apiarist. My Aunt used honey in everything (instead of sugar). One died of cancer, the other of a massive heart attack! (diet probably high in butter/cream also).

I found it on pinterest but from everything I have read it makes sense
