whats happening? does this mean traditional regular coke went off the market and life is its replacement??

everywhere i go lately, i can not find regular coke. even at the service station theres nothing but life, lol

i have cut down on coke, but i do like a sip occassionally

I dont drink Coke any more, have moved on to Ginger Beer.

didn't they experiment on the population of Norfolk Island before they released it here? Has anyone grown two heads over there yet? That can't be blamed on genetics that is.

I took the opportunity recently to try both the "Green" and "Red" Cokes.  (Haven't tasted Diet or Zero recently)

 

They each left the "icky-stickiness" in my mouth after swallowing.  

 

They each had a distinct and quite strong aniseed flavour.  (Have they changed the recipe of the "Red" I wonder?)

 

I used to like Ginger Beer too,  but that tastes too sweet nowadays as well.

 

Note:  I drink coffee mostly and have used saccharine tablets as sweetener for about 40 years.
